You cannot bring transformational change to a system (organization) until you make a system see, sense and invert itself. Broadening and deepening the collective awareness and the consciousness of the people within the system.
It is not enough to change the structures of the system, but also the way we think, perceive and connect within the system. Otherwise the same people will create the same problems or come up with the same kind of solutions, only in a new structure.
This is the core business of transformational change.
In order to step out of the so-called download space - where the past is simply more or less repeated in the now by reaffirming what we already know and operating/acting from the same old patterns, judgments, assumptions, habits and existing experiences - and move to the edges of the system - the place of highest potential - we must first observe past patterns to resolve core issues so that we can begin to let go of the old that is holding you and your business back from unfolding its highest future potential.
