Co-Creating IntraConnected Organizations that Lead from the Emerging Future, Now.

We help leaders move their organization’s highest future possibilities into reality, and integrate a work culture of exponential success and collective wellbeing.

Disconnection vs Relationality

We live in an uncertain, complex and fast changing world, which often leads to a contracting, disconnecting way of being and an outdated way of thinking and acting.

However, the key components to innovation, expansion and succes ara adaptivesness, relevance and relationality: real synergy of deep individual and collective intelligence.

So to create a successful and sustainable business it needs an open, adaptive and IntraConnected culture. This then will result in the movement from possibility, to probability, to an ever expanding and evolving reality

IntraConnection

IntraConnected Organizations allow the entire intention-driven ecosystem of the organization to consciously co-sense, co-inspire and co-create to their highest future potential.

This requires leaders to lead from the emerging future and integrate the past in order to connect with and learn from emerging future possibilities.

Leading from the emerging future can be referred to as Presencing (Otto Sharmer, Theory U): Sensing and actualizing the highest future possibility, whilst being aware of and acting from the presence of what is wanting to emerge.

Stagnation vs Movement

An organization is a complex system. For the system’s individual and collective infinite potential to unfold in the ever-changing emerging future, you need to cultivate IntraConnection.

IntraConnection is nurturing diversity of individuals and the different parts within the system, and establishing and integrating connections on an individual, relational and collective level.

Unfortunately, the highest future potential, the highest possibility, is often not manifested. This is when you experience a ceiling of innovation capacity, exponential growth and progress.

Progress is movement. And movement is essential for the future of your organization. Otherwise the business stagnates, which can lead to the end of its existence.

To move, leaders first need to become aware and deal directly with the core issues of stagnation in order to connect with and learn from emerging future possibilities.

Stagnation is the result of an unintegrated past. To thrive we need a deeper understanding of the importance of integrating our own history as leaders and the history of the organization, so we can recognize and learn from uncovered patterns and cycles and make the necessary adjustments.

Band Aid Solutions

On a surface level stagnation shows up as difficulties in relation to:

  • Return on investment and profit;
  • Innovation and growth;
  • Communication and conflicts;
  • Alignment with the essence, the mission of the organization.

Each year organizations spend millions on symptom management

Trying to increase the wellbeing of the individual and the organization as a whole (revenue) by dealing with these surface level challenges from a place of disconnection.

Although with the best of intentions, these investments in time, energy and money are relatively useless. They do not uncover and resolve core issues and do not cultivate the level of awareness that is needed to connect with emerging future possibilities.

Gateway to Exponential Success and Wellbeing

It is important to realize that stagnation of your organization is an unique opportunity to evolve, rather than a problem. Stagnation is there for you and your company, not against. It’s simply information, a message, a symptom.

It is a gateway to transformation and growth; a gateway to success, to progress.

We will go through this gateway together, whilst also support you to:

  • Learn to observe and act from a holistic, systemic perspective;
  • Trust that everything that is needed for the individual and the collective to flourish is already present;
  • Cultivate individual and collective awareness and wellbeing;
  • Create space from a place of love and joy for the highest possible future to unfold;
  • Surrender with an open heart (compassion) and an open mind (courage) and experience the endless sea of potential of your people and the organization as a whole.

During the process we go through together our role as IntraConnection Group will vary, depending on the phase and what is needed for you and your organization, between facilitator, executive coach, co-creator and director.

About IntraConnection Group

It is our mission to make it natural for organizations and their leaders to thrive as an IntraConnected ecosystem.

We envision organizational cultures in which there is a mindset of abundance and growth. We strive for organizations to transform into co-creative, mission-driven ecosystems in which IntraConnection is integrated: connection and reciprocity between all individuals, the different parts and the whole, including their outside community and nature. We believe that we can learn and train people to do this work independently in organizations around the world. Causing a global movement as a force of one.

Values we want to embody and radiate to our clients

  • Love. Love is the vital force of life, our deeply IntraConnected nature. It is the linkage across boundaries of separation: “the mindset of scarcity.” Love relates to the endless sea of potential.
  • Not knowing. Surrender to the unknown to attune with the plane of possibility.
  • Trust. To align with an act in the best interests of the individual and the whole. Only this win-win mindset leads to sustainable success. People and therefore the organization as a whole thrive from this created place of safety and autonomy.
  • Expansion. Expansion on a personal and collective level is one of the primary purposes of life itself. Expansion is experienced as movement, growth and progress. When there is an end to expansion, there is an end to the business.
  • Playfulness. Play is engagement in an activity for pure enjoyment. It is connected to purpose and to happiness itself. Prioritize enjoyment and people will flourish.

Marieke van Kreij, Co-founder

True success, in my view, is realizing goals that resonate deeply with one’s authentic values, needs, and desires. This journey begins by channeling energy and focus towards what truly matters, both for the individual and the collective. When our actions (Doing) stem from our core essence, dreams, and mission (Being), exponential success naturally follows.

My academic journey in law, driven by a strong sense of equality and justice, was complemented by my intrigue in psychology, reflecting my fascination with our inner world. This blend of law and psychology has been instrumental in shaping my understanding of how individuals and organizations function and thrive.

After nine fulfilling years at the Ministry of Security and Justice, I realized my true calling lay elsewhere. This prompted an introspective journey, leading me to discover my passion for guiding leaders and their organizations to reach heights beyond their imagination, in harmony with all they are IntraConnected with.

This journey has deepened my commitment to facilitating growth not just on a professional level, but in a way that resonates with the deeper, intraconnected aspects of our being – a core principle of the IntraConnection Group. We believe in the power of harnessing this IntraConnectedness to drive success and fulfillment.

Ben van Dongen, Co-founder

I’ve always believed that work should be as enjoyable as life outside of it. My passion lies in guiding leaders and teams to flourish, helping businesses grow in a sustainable way that makes the workplace as inviting as home or a gathering with friends. This approach is deeply rooted in the ethos of IntraConnection, where we emphasize the joy and playfulness in overcoming challenges and achieving growth.

My journey began with a BA in Information Technology, where I quickly recognized that the success of any project is deeply tied to the people involved and the leadership that nurtures their potential. This understanding was further deepened during my executive studies at MIT Sloan School of Management, where I learned the critical importance of open dialogue between leaders and their teams, and the value of constructive pushback to foster effective teamwork and outcomes.

Throughout my career, having served in various executive roles such as CIO, CTO, COO, and CEO across diverse cultures, countries and industries, I’ve gained a holistic understanding of various business environments. This experience has taught me what works and what doesn’t in different stages of organizational maturity. I have honed the skill of fostering an unimagined growth culture, energizing people to grow, take responsibility, and deliver success.

In recent years, my focus has shifted towards nurturing IntraConnectedness between leaders and teams. I’ve witnessed that when we unlock the future with an eco mindset rather than an ego mindset, and when we operate as a unified team (emphasizing ‘we’ over ‘I’) along the entire value chain, success comes naturally, with ease and enjoyment for everyone involved. IntraConnection champions this philosophy, creating environments where people in any role find joy and fulfillment in their work.
