The founders' journey

Marieke and Ben first met during a leadership retreat several years ago. Friendship evolved into shared recognition. Their complementary expertise could create something powerful for struggling organizations.

Marieke brought psychology and law expertise. Ben brought decades of C-suite experience. Together, they developed Intraconnection's methodology.

They worked with tech companies. Healthcare systems. Municipalities. Corporations across Europe. The same pattern emerged repeatedly: leaders ready for deeper change, constrained by traditional approaches.

Existing methods focused purely on systems. Or purely on personal development. Never both.

The breakthrough came with the scalability challenge. The leaders who needed this work most couldn't access it. Individual transformation programs reached dozens of executives per year. Thousands of leaders were seeking integrated approaches to strategic leadership and measurable results.

This insight sparked the vision for Ilumae. An AI-powered platform democratizing access to systemic transformation methodology. Years of executive work refined into scalable technology.

Since early 2025, they've been developing Ilumae with initial investors. The first beta version launches soon. This represents evolution from boutique executive consulting to scalable transformation technology.

Today, Intraconnection Group transforms organizations where leaders are ready to prove that conscious decision-making drives performance. Ilumae extends this same methodology to individual leaders and high performers through AI-powered coaching. Two platforms, one mission: sustainable success requires both conscious culture and measurable results.
